Payment Information: Handled securely by Stripe; we do not store credit card details.

To provide and improve our service.
To analyze documents via OpenAI API (only the necessary content is sent).
To process payments and credit usage.
To respond to user feedback and support requests.

We do not sell or rent your data. We only share:

With service providers (e.g. Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe) under strict data agreements.
When required by law.

4. Data Retention

Your uploaded documents and related data remain stored in your personal account until deleted. Deleted documents cannot be recovered. Feedback and analysis data may be retained for service continuity.

5. Cookies & Tracking

Nexfile uses minimal cookies necessary for login and session maintenance. We do not use third-party ad trackers.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Please contact support@nexfile.io

7. Security

We apply modern security measures including HTTPS, secure file storage (via Supabase), and access control.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the app.
