Nexfile provides an AI-powered platform that enables users to upload documents, receive automated analysis, and interact with AI-based features. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content and recommend using results as guidance only.

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and are fully responsible for all activities under your account.

By uploading content (PDFs, .docx, .doc, .xls, .csv, .json), you confirm you own or have the legal right to share the content. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to documents that violate laws or infringe upon others' rights.

All content generated by Nexfile, including analyses and insights, may be used for personal or internal use. Commercial redistribution or resale is not allowed unless explicitly permitted.

Nexfile operates on a coin-based usage model. Purchases of coin packages are processed via Stripe. No refunds will be issued unless legally required. Free credits may be revoked if misused.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the service implies acceptance of any changes.
